Return Policy

All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.* Click the button above or visit danabrownshoes.com/returns to process your return. If you choose to return an item, $5.95 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost to you. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once your package arrives at our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.  


For your safety and ours, all masks are final sale and we will not be accepting returns on this item for hygiene purposes.


Any returned items will be inspected by our returns department to see if it is qualified for a return - damaged or worn merchandise or products with labels removed will be sent back to the customer. Please allow up to 7 days for our returns department to review and inspect the items that are sent back.


Exchange Policy

*We don't offer international shipping at this time. If you choose to use an international forwarding service, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our distribution center. We will cover the shipping cost to return the shoes back to you.

*If the item is listed as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

*International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders Cancellations
For cancellations - we must receive an email (support@danabrownshoes.com) within 24 hours from the time of purchase, to be approved of a cancellation. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order.
